All orders are scritly processed by following way
1, Order made
A, payment method by Credit Card
B, payment by eGold
C, other payment methods
2, In case A and B the status of order is automaticly set to 'Payment Received'
3, In case C the status of the order is automaticly set to 'Waiting For Payment' and We update
status to 'Payment Received' immediately after We have confirmed money on our account
4, Once status of order is 'Payment Received' so running the 7 days period to up
to we must ship the order. In case the order should be delayed, We contact the customer and ask for further steps.
5, We prepare Your order to be shipped all stuff is completely repacked due to security a delivery reasons to
avoid possibility of siezure by customs. Stuff is repacked in completely clean background!
6, Order sent the status of order will be changed to 'On The Way' so
then running the 30 days peroid up when You will receive the order.
All changes of status are also sent to customer via e-mail or it
can be also checked on website, under 'My Account'. So If You wish to be
posted, please use valid e-mail address.
If You do not receive the order, the complaint might be made after 30 days
from the date when status of order has been changed to 'On The Way'.
We
inspect and study every other complaint individually. If the result of complaint will be resent of stuff
the order will change status as 'Payment Received' and again process of conditions from point 3 and follows
In case We are not able to deliver in order to facts caused not by Us, customer has rights asking refund and
he get exactly half amount of money as shown on invoice.
Refund policy
1, We will refund and cancel order on customers demand, but only in matter of order status 'Payment Received'.
2, We do NOT refund full amount If status of order is or already was 'On The Way'.
3, In case A the refund takes up to 10 business days
4, In case B and case C the refund takes up to 30 business days
